History of Digital Camera.

Digital camera technology was earlier and came from the same technology that the technology of telivision images.In video cameras and digital cameras, use a Charged Coupled Device (CCD) to sense light's color and intensity (image).

World's first digital cameras for the consumer-level market that working with a computer via the data cable were the Apple Quick Take 100 Camera (1994), the Kodak DC40 camera (March 1995), the Casio QV-11 (with LCD monitor, late 1995), and Sony's Cyber-Shot Digital Still Camera (1996).

Now digital cameras are everywhere and very popular in the world.

My Views About Zoom Lens

Today's zoom lenses offer any range of zoom according to the proffessionals taste, like 16 - 55mm, 28 - 300mm, 100 - 600mm. And it is very easy to use all type of photographers.

Zoom lenses make taking pictures more frame accuracy. Zoom lenses can be heavy, and makes slow AF than other fixed lens,also have a smaller maximum aperture than a fixed focus length lens. It makes the object in the viewfinder look darker and requires you to use a slower shutter speed than you would when using a faster lens. But most of my potographer friends, use zoom lenses.

Zoom lenses helps you to compose and shoot quickly. Sports photographers almost using this technique, therefore they can expect the action.

Advantage of Large CCD Digital Camera.

The quality of digital images is basically decided by two factors: the number of effective pixels, and the size of the CCD image sensor. Size of CCD image sensor becomes more, then less enlargment is required to get a desired size image print-out. That’s large-format CCD gives true-to-life images.
